These Key Endodontics courses are designed to focus on helping you to improve core Key Endodontic competencies.
An interactive course offering formal training to GDPs new to the NHS or a timely update for current NHS dental performers. The course will help an understanding of the common pitfalls and grey areas of the NHS regulations which have been notoriously difficult to interpret. Falling foul of the NHS regulations can lead to financial loss and potential referral to the GDC. This interactive one-day course will offer formal training to practitioners who are new to the NHS system and those who require an update with the current system (introduced in 2006).
This one day course aims to provide delegates the confidence to safely carry out dental impressions using alginate material to the prescription of a Dentist or CDT.

Infection control and decontamination is central to running a CQC compliant practice. Guidelines and regulations on managing every aspect of dentistry are constantly being revised. So it can difficult to keep up to date and digest what is new and relevant to your practice. This course is designed to highlight and explain new issues in infection control and decontamination and how you might implement new guidance into your practice’s infection control policy.
This course is designed to update the nurse on the latest techniques and treatments for dealing with endodontic diseases. In addition to this, Dental Nurses will be able to develop and improve on Practical skills of four-handed endodontics, which will therefore enhance the work flow and confidence of both the dental nurse and the clinician.
Healthcare professionals have an obligation to provide resuscitation skills in the event of a cardiorespiratory arrest and to ensure that staff are trained and updated regularly to a level of proficiency appropriate to each individual’s expected role.
This GDC recommended ½ Day course is a combination of hands on and interactive learning, demonstrating and reinforcing best practices of Decontamination and Infection Control in General Dental Practice.
In response to popular demand, this course has been increased to 2 days. It aims to demystify the principles and some of the more challenging techniques for creating functional, predictable and aesthetic indirect restorations both anteriorly and posteriorly.
