Empowered dental teams have increased levels of responsibility and authority over the work that is carried out within your dental practice.
A well-trained team means your dental staff will enjoy added responsibilities and autonomy, for a professional and loyal team. A trained team also contributes to the delivery of highest possible quality and care of a dental practice; freeing your time to focus on dentistry so you can provide the best possible treatment solutions.
CPD and professionalism
Maintaining skills and keeping you and your teams knowledge throughout your dental career is of the upmost importance as a dental professional. By law, you and your team must take part in some kind of CPD scheme.
LonDEC Continuing Professional Development (CPD) supports dental care professionals in ensuring their skills and knowledge are maintained.
IMPORTANT: You will notice that we have identified each course using the new GDC CPD Development Outcome Code (A, B C or D) to help you with your training needs analysis and course planning. The GDC encourages registrants to choose CPD to cover all four development outcomes in your cycle.
