Course overview
Introduction
This course is aimed at practice owners and managers of NHS and Private dental practices to walk them through what to expect in CQC inspections as well as improving their awareness of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (as amended), the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and the Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009.

- How the CQC inspects services through Key Lines of Enquiry.
- How to be prepared for the fit person interviews.
- Their awareness of how dental practice can meet the standards outlined by the CQC for the three regulated activities provided by all dental practices in England.
