Key Endodontic Practice 3: Retreat With Confidence (20/05/19)
These new LonDEC courses are designed to focus on helping you to improve core Key Endodontic competencies.
Retreat With Confidence
This course is aimed at GDPs wanting to add straight forward root canal re treatment to their skill repertoire.
The course aims to allow you to make an informed decision on what cases to treat and to refer, success rates and hands on experience of using 3 different methods of GP removal and solvents.
The course is predominantly hands on with an excellent ratio between delegates and teachers to ensure that you gain reproducible practical skills that you can take back to your practice and improve your endodontics.
09:30 - 10:30 – step by step instructions on how to select your cases and how to remove GP.
10:45 - 13:00 – hands on preparation of extracted teeth you have brought. All delegates will have the ability to see their progress under the microscope which will allow better insight and understanding in future endodontics. We can also use radiographs to assess GP removal to allow constructive
14:00 - 16:30 – hands on preparation of teeth.
16:30 - 16:30 – Final summary and discussion
Registration is at 09:15 and the course starts at 09:30. Expected finish time is 16:30.

Each participant will receive comprehensive course notes, a certificate of completion from LonDEC and 6 hours verifiable CPD.

Aaron is an experienced teachers at Post Graduate level. He has completed further training in Endodontics and work in several referral practices, as well as receiving referral for challenging and difficult cases from St George’s and Kingston Hospital.
Dr. Vishal Jasani BDS (Lon)
Vishal is an experienced teachers at Post Graduate level. He has completed further training in Endodontics and work in several referral practices, as well as receiving referral for challenging and difficult cases from St George’s and Kingston Hospital.
Vishal also works part time in St George’s Hospital.
